Massimo Vecchio
Senior Researcher - CREATE-NET
Massimo Vecchio received the Laurea degree in Computer Engineering (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Pisa and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering (with Doctor Europaeus mention) from the IMT Lucca Institute for Advanced Studies in 2005 and 2009, respectively. After years working as post-doctoral fellow at INRIA (France) and at the University of Vigo (Spain), he is now a senior researcher at CREATE-NET (Italy): his current research topics are on the Internet of Things and Computational Intelligence techniques for stochastic optimization.
